I think that {{SITENAME}} is translated in almost projects. But in jawp it is not translated. It makes jawp a little strange.
For example, [[MediaWiki:Aboutsite]] have the default message "About {{SITENAME}}". But we have overwritten it by "ウィキペディアについて" （translated word from "about Wikipedia").
Jawp community needs to talk about this and it is better to select one word, the untranslated "Wikipedia" or the translated "ウィキペディア", I think.
