DumpHTML is advantageously (easier to maintain, works remotely, ...) replaced by Parsoid based solutions like mwoffliner: https://sourceforge.net/p/kiwix/other/ci/master/tree/mwoffliner/
I maintain it for now, but any help would be really welcome. NodeJS developers, this is for you ;)
