The Dutch Wikipedians (or at least a few of them) have been working on translating the configuration file the last few weeks, and now regard themselves ready to start up Phase III for real (or at least in test version). The result of our work can be found at:

We don't know what should happen now, but would like to get on the new Software as quickly as possible.
