Not really entirely technical, but... I just wanted to say the meeting in Lyon went well. I am exhausted :-)
Actually, the live demo did not went well. I was able to show about 3 or 4 pages, main page, one or two articles, user page... and when I came back to show more of our great features... slooooooowwwwwwww.
Fortunately, someone had showed the assistance the basics of wiki edition to the audience, so I guess everyone got the idea anyway :-)
But thanks a lot anyway for those who helped make it run better (or...just run at all, for those who remember last fall).
Anyway, the meeting went well. There were a bunch of very interesting presentations (I guess that I should cook something about meta data one day), and very interesting people. Several journalists in particular (some from newspapers who did not answer to our last press release...I guess I know who to contact next time) and the vice president of les amis du monde diplomatique (http://www.monde-diplomatique.fr/) and I guess we really must contact better these people...
This was also the opportunity to have the first 3 french wikipedians meat-space meeting (I think), since Alain and Yann Forget were here as well.
So, all in all, I had fun, and I recommand to anyone to try one day to present Wikipedia to public audience, either to journalists or to teachers, or information systems specialists, politicians ... I think we must not hesitate to approach all sort of people.
