Hello all,
It seems like at least some, if not all bureaucrats on the Romanian Wikipedia are unable to use their rights. I'm one (RO:User:Gutza), and RO:User:Ronline is another -- and neither of us can make a guy sysop (we had some local elections recently). The link is simply missing in the Special Pages list. We still have our sysop rights however (I see the Block IP and Import pages links).
Is there something amiss on our Wikipedia or in the db, or is there a shift in policy we're not aware of?
