https://ta.wikisource.org/wiki/*Mediawiki:Proofreadpage_quality0_category* https://ta.wikisource.org/wiki/Mediawiki:Proofreadpage_quality0_category tells you that the “quality 0” category on that wiki is named “*உரை இல்லாமல்*”; you can then find that category at https://ta.wikisource.org/wiki/Category:*%E0%AE%89%E0%AE%B0%E0%AF%88 இல்லாமல்* https://ta.wikisource.org/wiki/%E0%AE%AA%E0%AE%95%E0%AF%81%E0%AE%AA%E0%AF%8D%E0%AE%AA%E0%AF%81:%E0%AE%89%E0%AE%B0%E0%AF%88_%E0%AE%87%E0%AE%B2%E0%AF%8D%E0%AE%B2%E0%AE%BE%E0%AE%AE%E0%AE%B2%E0%AF%8D. I hope that makes it clearer how the category names work?
Cheers, Lucas

Extension:Proofread_Page uses categories to sort pages by quality, so it would be easiest to use that system. The category names are defined in Mediawiki:Proofreadpage_quality0_category through MediaWiki:Proofreadpage_quality4_category, and you can query those categories using the Categoryinfo or Categorymembers APIs. There is also a `proofread` query property that returns the proofreading status of a specified page.

Checked here https://ta.wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=special:Categories&limit=500
