As a general rule, cryptic abbreviations like "mw-cl-cbg" are probably not the best choices for this kind of thing. We're not going to run out of letters if you use 15- or 20-character class names. Something like "mw-changes-block" would probably be better, and something like "mw-changes-item" for "mw-cl-rci".
