See, that'll be yer problem: mail-eater.wikimedia.org (66.230.200.215) doesn't like rad0.ctelco.net. But the ctelco.net server won't take a 4xx (permanent) error seriously (it's treating it like a 5xx temporary error - see [[Bounce message]]), so keeps trying for a couple of days before bouncing the mail.
wikitech - Fred discovered this trying to email arbcom-l. Does mail-eater really think ctelco.net sucks, or is the breakage at the ctelco.net end worse than just treating a 4xx as a 5xx?

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at rad0.ctelco.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up.
