The problem is getting from CVS to the test server & then to the live server -- that is the bottleneck. Jimbo said a while back that more people would be given access at this level -- any news?
Erik Moeller (Eloquence) and Tim Starling should both have the necessary access to do this, if I'm not mistaken, as well as the usual suspects (Magnus Manske, Lee Crocker, and me).
Anyway, I keep meaning to finish up the live-editable translations-in-the-database system which will virtually eliminate the muss and fuss of this 'edit and fix source files with a bunch of damn string arrays' process, but I'm trying to get the memcached stuff in first (for one thing, I really don't like the idea of bugging mysql with a bajillion requests for individual strings!)
