Common.css not working

Hi im trying to hide the [view source] tab from annonymous users to my wiki. i pasted the following code in the MediaWiki:Common.css page but nothing happens. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, A short question about user access levels and permissions. Does anyone happen to know, if it is possible to download not the current version of the list of user access levels and permissions, http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=usergro…, but a version of this list at a selected time, e.g., 2007-03-25T08:30:00Z ? strip trailing whitespace with a hook?

Can I use a hook to strip trailing whitespace from the ends of lines when a page is saved? In other words, between an author editing a page and the edited wiki text getting stored in the database, I want to strip trailing whitespace from the ends of lines Can I do it with a hook?

Hi, I created such an extension [1] to return to the exact rendering of a page at a given time. Transclude contemporary template states to page hisories?

Hi, See you see a fix that could be made for this "user issue" rather than "bug"? The fix required is: when rendering **history** states of pages, rendering contemporary history state of any {{transclusions}}, rather than latest state, as happens now. This would make a lot of editors happier, and some less concerned about "banning" the use of inter-article transcludes.
