Hi all,
Not certain if there's been crossed wires on this, but I'm Irish, live in Dublin and have family in Cork, so I don't really have expenses as such connected with a meetup in either place :) Regarding the meetup itself, 4th September won't work for me as I'll be away, and the 11th is looking unlikely to work out due to a disaster recovery simulation at work, but most Saturdays after that should be fine.
I remain available as a media contact and am still (quite heavily) active on OTRS, but I don't think I would be much good with a Q&A on Wikimedia UK, as I am but an inactive member thereof :)
Thomas
So far we've only heard regrets for the date.
Would it make sense to put up a poll at doodle.com or somewhere similar to pick a good date?

Restrictions on dates so far have been:
Oliver Moran: not before August 28 Thomas Dalton: October/November for a second meet-up Thomas (Ralph?): Sept 4 and Sept 11 are out Annette: new born, can't travel far, local meet up? Aisling Walsh: unwilling to travel to Dublin, local meet up?
(I may have missed someone.)
Assuming that Annette and Aisling favour local meet-ups for the foreseeable future, that's me and Thomas (Ralph?) that need to be arranged around.
So we could: Push it out to September 18th to accommodate Thomas (Ralph?) Rein it back in to August 28th, the earliest that I can attend (getting married and will be on honeymoon until then)?
Aisling, I'd be happy to meet up in Cork ahead of a larger meet-up in Dublin. Any favoured date?
Oliver

doodle.com looks good though. Jodi could you do it up so we can get a picture of people's available dates?

I've no particular restrictions, and can easily travel Belfast-Dublin. Rather not drive further!

I think there was some confusion caused by us sharing a first name. I think the bits about expenses and WMUK were supposed to be aimed at me.
Yip. Thomas (in Ireland, who volunteered to act as media contact), I somehow had thought you last name was "Ralph". Just to clarify things, we have Thomas Dalton in the UK. What's your last name, Thomas in Ireland?
Oliver Moran
