*Wiki Loves Folklore 2022*
Wiki Loves Folklore
<https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Folklore_2022> is a
photography, video and audio recording competition that runs throughout
February that celebrates the rich cultural diversity of people all across
the world from music and dance to food and dress. This year, alongside the
international competition we will be awarding prizes for the best Irish

and upload from 1 February to win! All entries from Ireland will be
automatically included in both competitions.
There is also a writing competition, Feminism and Folklore

all February and March on English language Wikipedia, and is open to all to
contribute. We are running a local competition on Vicipéid during the same
period, with prizes for those who write the best or most interesting
articles relating to the topics of *An Feimineachas agus an Béaloideas*, all

*Wiki Science 2021*
Huge congratulations to the winners of the Irish round of the photo and

If you, your group, or organisation want to run a virtual Wikimedia
workshop, we can provide a Zoom space in which we can hold an editing or
other workshop for you and your colleagues. We can also offer in-person
events in suitable venues to small groups.
