Edit-a-thons

Engineers Week-8 February-This event will be a drop-in/introduction to Wikipedia style event. We hope to also edit pages on Irish Women in STEM

National Museum of Ireland-Collins Barracks-14 February-This event will be a drop-in/introduction to Wikipedia style event. We hope to also edit pages on the Irish in WWI

March-Women’s History Month-RO is in contact with the Women’s Museum of Ireland to possibly co-sponsor an event during March

Academic Writing Center-NUI Galway-9 March-this event could have a women’s theme. Details have not been finalized

Conferences

RO is putting together a proposal for a talk to be given at the Digital Preservation Conference being held by Digital Repository Ireland in June
