Well, so far, everyone who was polled said both Saturday September 25th and Sunday September 26th were good.
Setting a date is a good start, and then setting the location. Once you've decided on that, I'll be happy to send a facebook announcement about it from the Wikipedia fan page if you guys want.

I won't be contactable/watching the list for the next few weeks but either the 25 or 26 of September is fine by me. I would favour an afternoon meet up, if possible.
Is Dún Laoghaire a suitable location? Clem, would you be able to organise a tour of the maritime museum as an activity? Clem, too, if you are in Dún Laoghaire would you be able to find/book a suitable venue for the meet up?
