*Wiki Loves Monuments*
Wiki Loves Monuments
<http://wikimedia.ie/programme/wiki-loves-monuments-2017/> photography
competition is back in Ireland for 2019! You can upload your images until
midnight on 30 September to be in with a chance of winning. All of the
eligible sites can be found on the map here
<https://maps.wikilovesmonuments.org/ireland>. So far, we have over 550
images uploaded from 30 participants - good luck to everyone that has taken
part! There is no limit to the amount of images you can submit, and as long
as the image is new to Wikimedia Commons, it can have been taken at any
time. We look forward to seeing you submissions in the next 2 weeks.

Focusing on biographies of women from or in Northern Ireland, the event
will take place on 21st September from 11am-4pm Established Coffee, Hill
Street, Belfast. We hope to see some of you there!
*Lecture on Wikipedia*
As part of a lecture series on encyclopedias and dictionaries held by
Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin, our Project Coordinator will be giving a

about this and the other lectures here
