I will be ready & available for the call about https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_CEE_Meeting_2018/Programme/Submiss... anytime during daytime tomorrow (Wednesday, September 19) & Sunday (September 23), otherwise we could fit the call into my lunch breaks on September 20 (12:00-15:30 MSK / UTC+3) or September 22 (13:00-14:30 MSK / UTC+3) respectively.

I feel the later in the week the better for me, as my work schedule didn't yet allow me to think about detailed presentation plan just yet & I will probably get to think about giving feedback about proposed CEE Meeting program after that.

I would prefer to use WhatsApp/Telegram (+79274158066) of Facebook Messenger (https://m.me/frhdkazan) call, as Hangouts on my smartphone consistently freezes (a few times during conversations with various Wikimedia Foundation staff recently)

On top of my presentation above, I would also be preparing 3 lightning talks on * https://ru.wikimedia.org/wiki/Selet_WikiSchool project * my experience of leveraging https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikimedian_of_the_Year recognition & related press attention for the benefit of the Wikimedia movement * https://ru.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Conference_Russia_2018 and also helping to interpret one or a few more to be delivered by other Wikimedia Communities of Russia (if Bashkir, Erzya, Rostov User Groups & Wikimedia RU delegates would like to use my professional help).

== Feedback ==

We would like your feedback on the talk page of the programme. We are planning to finalise the programme during the week September 24-29, so we can have the finalized version for October 1 (the goal is to have it published two weeks before the event itself).

== A Call to Talk Over the Session(s) ==

We would like to have a meeting with you over hangouts (or other means) and talk about your session. We would like it to happen during the next two weeks (before September 23). For this call, please, prepare a plan of your session and share it with us. We do not expect you to prepare the slides just yet, but we want to have a better understanding of what you are planning to talk about, what you expect from your audience, whether you need help with moderating discussion or taking notes etc. We will then offer our insight if needed and discuss what help we can provide as organisers.

Please tell us what days work for you, so we can schedule the talk. It would be also helpful to know what time slots are okay (evenings, mornings etc). Half an hour should be enough.

== Lightning Talks ==

We also encourage you to think if you also would like to submit a short presentation (up to 5 minutes) for the Lightning Talks session. It can be about a project you are doing, a tool you are working on or with etc. We have put it during the first day of the conference, so people can listen to the short talk and then follow up during the other days of the event.
