Hi Ivan, Thanks for this announcement. One of the wishes of many of the participants in this year's Wikimedia Conference was to meet up with other Wikimedians from similar regional, linguistic, or cultural heritages. I thought that I heard that similar meetups are planned for Wikimania in Mexico. Are they listed on a separate page? At the Wikimedia Conference these were categorized as social events, although I think that most of the groups discussed business in addition to socializing.
