We have just sent email to all registered attendees via the registration system about updates (team is still updating social activities page), but here are the highlights:

Lunches:  Buffet lunches are provided each day.  If you are vegan or gluten free, please talk to a server who can provide you with a special meal.  There will be options for vegetarians at the buffet.

Social Activities, please note the following changes and consult:

Thursday, July 17 6-8 p.m.  Don Diego 1-2:  The  Welcome  Reception will be serving a Mexican buffet with beer, wine and refreshments.

Saturday, July 19 . Reception at the Museo Soumaya will be from 8-10 p.m.   Buses will start departing Hilton at 7:00 p.m, and start returning at 10:00 p.m. Group photo will be taken at 9:00 pm.

Sunday, July 19.  After the closing session, there will be a get together from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Terraza Lounge of the Hilton.  Starting at 8:00 pm. the closing party will be held at the Laboratorio Arte Alameda which is close walking distance from the Hilton.

Can you please update the events if food is provided or if it's not provided and people should go out afterwards? Otherwise you might hit a bit of a cultural expectations gap: If you organize something between 6 and 8 PM some people will expect you to have food. Better to be very clear and manage those expectations :-)
