We invite community members, affiliates, volunteers, and partners to submit
proposals and help shape a program that reflects the diversity, creativity
and collaboration of our movement.
Submission timeline

The submission form will remain open until March 1.

Results will be published in May.
We kindly remind you that this year’s program is guided by the theme Liberté,
Égalité, Fiabilité <https://wikimania.wikimedia.org/wiki/2026:Wikimania>
(Freedom, Equity, Reliability), and we invite submissions that reflect it.

We’re happy to announce that the full program for Wikimania 2025

now live! This year, we received a record number of submissions and want to
thank everyone who took the time to send one in – you helped shape the
programme.
Our theme for this year is: “Wikimania@20: Inclusivity. Impact.
Sustainability.” Presenters will reflect on milestones and share
initiatives that move us towards a future that supports ongoing,
sustainable, open collaboration. The conference schedule contains over 100
hours of programming which will be available online and in-person;
spearheaded by more than 400 presenters, with live interpretation into 5
languages.
In addition to the program, we have also published a Meetups page where you
can sign up for an in-person slot, as well as a page with the pre-conference
events happening on 5 August
