That's because there are too many Lua calls on that page. We need a better system to list and filter properties - a SpecialPage for example in combination with statements on properties. https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53618 https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57843 I'd love for someone to help with that. Let me know if anyone is interested in helping with this.
