Hi everyone!
I am trying to configure Wikibase in a wiki that I have installed. I want to use both, repository and client. I have followed installation instructions https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibase/Installation, but I think that I made something wrong because now I have several errors in my wiki.
If I access to any page of the site I see "Internal error", the error and the backtrace. For example, in the mainpage:
[e837b2d7a6fcc7e1edaead2a] /Portada Error from line 240 of /[PATH]/extensions/Wikibase/client/includes/Store/Sql/DirectSqlStore.php: Class 'Wikimedia\Rdbms\SessionConsistentConnectionManager' not found
It also happens when I try to edit any page in main namespace. Then, another error is when I visit the page Special:CreateItem:

I have configurated PHP 7.

I literally had that problem yesterday myself. You do need "matching" versions of MediaWiki and Wikibase. Stable/master does NOT work, but master/master will work fine (but is a bit more fiddly to set up).

First of all, thank you to Lydia and Magnus for your help, I finally installed Mediawiki and Wikibase master versions. Everything works fine with two exceptions:
1. *Notice*: Constant WB_NS_PROPERTY_TALK already defined in .../LocalSettings.php I have defined the namespaces "Elemento" and "Propiedad" with its respective talk namespaces. This is the code that I have used for that:

Mainly, as it is shown in the manual of Wikibase Repository https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Wikibase_Repository/es#Setting_up_items_in_the_main_namespace. How can I solved it?
2. I created a test item but I check that I wrote a wrong namespace in the LocalSettings so I fix it in the file and try to search the item created to check if it was updated to the new namespace. I imagine that it doesn't happens magically, so I have searching an script to delete all items or to purge the old namespace, because the item that I created give me the next error:
Fatal Exception type "RuntimeException"
Anyone could help me with that? I am new using Wikibase so I need to know how to solve that kind of errors for the next times, because I am interested in the use of Wikibase in different project that I have in mind and in progress.
Otherwise, could you give me some information about the creation of properties in Wikibase? In that moment I am reading Help:Properties https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Help:Properties and its related pages to know more about them. Any advice?

Excuse me if my insistence is annoying, but I want to work in my project with MediaWiki and Wikibase and without the solutions for the issues that I have report to you in that list, I can't work.

Unfortunately "I can't add statements to an item or a property" is not a description of an issue anybody can help you with. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug might give guidance how to ask for help.
The other issue you mentioned contains an actual PHP error message saying "Constant WB_NS_PROPERTY_TALK already defined in LocalSettings.php". You should check where this constant is defined a second time. Usually you do not need the "define( … )" lines and can rely on the defaults that come with the Wikibase extension, so it might help to simply remove these lines from your LocalSettings.php.

Thank you for your fast answer. First of all, excuse me because I gave just a bit of information about the error of statements. I know that I have to be the most exactly, but in that moment I didn't remember to detail the problem because I didn't have so much time to expend in that task.
About the inability to add statements to a property, what I wanted to say was that I don't see the buttons to add an statement (or a description) in the page of an item. I have open the web console, where I have check there is a SyntaxError:
SyntaxError: expected expression, got '<'
I attach to this mail a screenshot with what I see, but anyone can access to the wiki http://cultport.ivanhercaz.com/index.php/Elemento:Q3 in which I am working.
About the PHP error, I will try to solve with your advice. Do you have any idea about the second point https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikidata/2017-April/010513.html that I commented?

The other issue you mentioned contains an actual PHP error message saying "Constant WB_NS_PROPERTY_TALK already defined in LocalSettings.php". You should check where this constant is defined a second time. The "add" buttons don't appear because the JavaScript fails to load, and this is because of the same error with the already defined constant. Once you fix this these errors should all disappear.
As said, please try to simply delete the "define( … )" lines from your LocalSettings.php you added there before.
