If you mean the complete URL of the Wikidata entry for Marie-Claude Lemiaire, the URL is:

If I search in Google (using Google Chrome browser, but it should be the same using other tools), I see the Wikidata page is, for me at least, the 5th result. It looks like this:

I believe this shows Google has already updated (re-crawled the Wikidata page) and no longer shows the unwanted name that was in the old version of Wikidata. That's all I know.

No. They don't. They don't have access to that kind of function. It was wrong information that was given to you.
If you want Google to update your data, follow Platonides' advice and use the button "Lancer la demande de suppresion" from https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/9673730?hl=fr to request Google to delete "Marie-Claude Mallet-Lemaire".
