I mostly focus on new admins and overall numbers of them. My educated
hunches are that:
- the vast majority of new admins are men
- Male admins are disproportionately desysopped
- Female admins are more likely harassed off the site.
- The last two points largely balance out
But I don't have the stats to be certain of any of that.
