Hi all,
This is to announce the launch of The Sound of All Human Knowledge contest starting September 13, 2022. A sound logo https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sound_trademark offers a new way to identify Wikimedia content as a trusted source for verifiable information, particularly on audio platforms and virtual voice assistants.
Anyone is welcome to participate https://soundlogo.wikimedia.org/. If you need help to get going or have a great idea for a sound logo, but are not sure how to capture it, we have a drop-in clinic https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Communications/Sound_Logo#Music_Production_Drop-in_Clinic for you on September 29 at 15:00 UTC.
If you're wondering where to start, check out the sound lab https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Communications/Sound_Logo/Audio_collaboration we have curated for you with themes and sounds for you to experiment with and get inspired.
I will be holding two online regional community engagements and participants are welcome to join to get more insight and understanding;
