3. Funding. For those of you who needs funding, it is possible to ask
funds to Wikimedia Foundation in asking for a rapid grant.
Warning though: this will only be possible for a request done between
1st of December till 15th of December.
So, this is quite urgent :)

* Should I create my own landing page where participants will upload
their pictures : the answer is no, please do not.
* Other places I need to connect myself to understand what is going on :
