On the note of this, I think it'll be worth doing another wiki indaba.
I don't know if there's been discussions on where to host it, but I am
confident of a place that can host wiki indaba in Koforidua at an
affordable price..
Should Wiki Indaba be considered to happen, I think Ghana will place in
slot to host.

Well i concur with the discourse on here. I think for
me, it was the
beginning of my journey as a Wikimedian.
Wikiindaba contributed immensely to my current standing, it was a great
eye opener. For me, not everyone may get the opportunity to be at other
Wikimedia related conferences so this is a perfect platform to discuss
issues that pertain to our region or even an opportunity to be trained and
understand what the whole movement is about.
I was somewhat new when i attended my first and that's where i learnt
everything (grant making, reporting, basics of editing, planning
activities, etc.). i wish it comes off next year so many can benefit from
it.
best,
Felix
