There seems to be some confusion as to when WikiIndaba 2018 is happening. According to Mounir, it is 23-25 Feb.
But according to some discussions I heard, it has been moved to March 2018. And the grant request mentions 15-18th of March (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Conference/WM_TN/Wikiindaba2018)
And the meta page for the conference does not mention any date. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiIndaba_conference_2018
Has the date been finalized ? If so, could the meta page mentions the final date ?
