If your visa application was denied this year for Wikimania, guess what! You're automatically joining next year's Wikimania. Now you know you've been accepted to Wikimania 2018 in South Africa, I think we all have 365 days to get our Visa. I'm yet to learn any embassy in the world with more than a year visa application waiting time. ZA it is! Nice move from the WMF.
