If your browser window is wide enough, Sitelinks to Wikipedia should already be close to the top of the page, on the right-hand side.
But in any case, you can always add #sitelinks-wikipedia to the URL, like in https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1#sitelinks-wikipedia. That will make the browser jump right to the wikipedia section.
