Concernant la préparation du programme de WikiIndaba

Chers amis, J'ai été informé par Madame Emna Mizouni que WikiIndaba 2018 sera organisée en Tunisie pendant les vacances de printemps. On reprendra ainsi la discussion pour former le comité du programme et des bourses de WikiIndaba 2018: 1. Il y a déjà un grand consensus dans Wikimedia TN User Group à propos de la nécessité de l'existence de Felix Nartey et de Isla Haddow-Flood dans le comité du programme et des bourses. Je me demande si tout le monde est d'accord pour ce choix. 2. On peut choisir deux autres membres étrangers pour le comité du programme et des bourses. Je me demande si vous proposez des noms pour ces deux autres places. 3. Il y a des chercheurs africains (linguistes, informaticiens, sociologues, médecins) qui font des recherches sur Wikipédia et les projets associés. Je me demande si vous êtes pour la représentation de ces personnes dans le programme final de WikIIndaba 2018. Je peux en croiser certains lors de ma conférence à Yasmine Hammamet 4. Il y a des wikimédiens non-africains qui font des choses intéressantes. Je me demande si vous êtes pour l'invitation de ce genre de wikimédiens pour faire des tutoriels, des ateliers, des présentations et des démos... Merci énormément, Turki Houcemeddine

Chers amis, J'étais très ravi de rencontrer Mesdames Emna Mizouni et Afek Ben Chahed et Monsieur Houssem Abida lors de leur visite à Sfax. Même si la réunion n'a été assistée que par deux individus absolument motivés, c'était une bonne initiative pour discuter certains points importants. L’association pour la Culture numérique Libre – CLibre <http://clibre.tn/>, organise, en collaboration avec l’Ecole Supérieur des Sciences et de Technologie (ESST) de Hammam-Sousse <http://www.essths.rnu.tn/> la journée internationale de logiciels libres, « *Software **Freedom Day 2017* » qui aura lieu le dimanche 19 novembre 2017 à l’ESST de Sousse. Cette douzième édition tunisienne, appelée « *Software Freedom Day Tunisia* », est organisée pour la cinquième année consécutive par l’association CLibre. Elle sera l’occasion pour les associations, les communautés et les clubs universitaires actifs dans les différents domaines des technologies du libre de se rencontrer, de partager leurs expériences dans le domaine et surtout de s’enrichir mutuellement avec les échanges d’idées entre nos jeunes issues des différentes institutions universitaire de la Tunisie. Le programme de la journée sera formé, en plus des rencontres entre activistes du libre, par un ensemble de conférences en relation avec les technologies libres ainsi que des concours. Rappelons que chaque année, depuis 2004, la communauté internationale d’utilisateurs des logiciels libres fête le « Software Freedom Day <http://softwarefreedomday.org/> ». Cette fête est une manifestation mondiale annuelle instaurée dans le but d’initier le grand public aux logiciels libres par son utilisation personnelle, dans l’éducation, l’économie ou par les gouvernements. Ce but est aussi l’un des objectifs de l’association CLibre qui a pris en charge l’organisation de cette journée en Tunisie prenant la relève de plusieurs acteurs de la communauté tunisienne qui n’a cessé, depuis 2006, de célébrer cette journée à l’échelle nationale.
