Do we have a page where to add self-organised events such as meetups and tours?
Should I just create [[2024:Meetups]] similar to https://wikimania.wikimedia.org/wiki/2019:Meetups ?
For context, I'm planning to visit a local coal mine and given it needs to be booked I'd like to give people a chance to schedule for it. https://www.kopalniaguido.pl/index.php/en/sightseeing-of-guido-coal-mine

So you may wish to create a page [[2024:Related_activities]] or [[2024:Related_events]] instead.
I remember going on some of the 2019 activities, including the Helsinki Rephoto Walk, which was an overnight ferry ride from Stockholm, and also some of the 2023 events.
They were all very enjoyable.
I've also had a look at the coal mine's website, and I'd be interested in joining your planned visit, depending upon when it is held.

I've created the base page with a couple suggestions. I'm proposing to visit the coal mine on the morning of August 5th:
https://wikimania.wikimedia.org/wiki/2024:Related_activities/Guido_coal_mine
The English language tour of that day was added just for us and there are currently 22 open spots, I recommend to book it as soon as possible.

I've added Katowice Parkrun https://wikimania.wikimedia.org/wiki/2024:Related_activities/Katowice_Parkrun, which I'm definitely attending. Any other runners/joggers/walkers etc. interested in a free community 5k on Saturday morning, please feel free to add yourself to that page and we can arrange a meetup!
