本年度的維基媒體國際會議 Wikimania，將於8月7日至11日期間假香港九龍司地界內一處舉行。

為鼓勵本地參與，香港維基媒體協會特別宣佈，將為通常在港居住的香港維基人，提供出席提供全費旅費資助。有興趣申請的本港維基人，請將申請書在截止時間2013年4月1日23:59UTC前電郵到 wm13scholarship@wikimedia.hk，黃維基先生收。

申請者須為年滿18歲或以上通常在港居住的香港永久性居民，而且前往會議的出發地必須為香港境內任何地方。

申請者須確認並申明並沒有接受其他維基媒體或相關機構或實體的資助前往會議，如有發現，可能會被取消資格，並需退還有關資助。

Wikimedia Hong Kong is offering full traveling allowance for local Wikimedians to attend Wikimania 2013 on 7-11 August 2013. Applications for such allowances should be sent to Mr. Vviki Wong at wm13scholarship@wikimedia.hk before 1 April 2013 23:59 UTC.

Applicants must be Hong Kong permanents over 18 years old who is currently ordinarily reside in Hong Kong and whose travel to the conference must start with a point within the territories of Hong Kong.

Applicants shall make sure, confirm and declare that his/her travel is not sponsored or subsidized by other Wikimedia entities or relevant organizations. Fail to comply such criteria may be subjected to disqualification and ought to return the relevant allowances.
