I'm one of the general coordinators of Buenos Aires bid and we've had hard work last weeks refining the bid. We expressed our concerns about the timelime some time ago, because is a very difficult season for us: many governmental authorities and companies directives and managers are on holidays. So, we have been in a hurry trying to get support and working on many bid details. Yesterday, I had to arise to draw a budget just in the expiry date -- i've been in bed since sunday because a food poisoning.

So, we will be very happy if moderators and jury give a final timeline for bids to work in a better and relaxing way.
