Are all the WM2014 videos up?
If so, is the reason some appear to be missing possibly the existence of those several-hour videos with names such as "0bbca578 b967 4a27 9de2 3bafb500cc50" and "4ca853b7 cafa 436d 8031 70499c143cd1"?

Who has access to the account and can rename them to reflect the name of the programme session they are recordings of?

Also, do I understand correctly that the videos as uploaded to YouTube are 1920x1080? It would be nice to have them uploaded on archive.org (or directly Wikimedia Commons https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikimania_2014_presentation_vide... if you're able to convert to appropriate formats), because it seems 1280x720 is the best one can download directly.
When the labels are ok, I can easily upload everything on archive.org, but I won't be download the 1920x1080 videos and the audio separately to merge them.

The video is truly a 2k file size. I'm able to download the 2k version from YouTube.
Any reason why you aren't using something like http://www.clipconverter.cc instead?
