Dear Wikipedians, Wikimedians, participants and contributors:

In the name of the Wikimania 2009 organization team, I would like to thank you all for being part of Wikimania 2009.

We enjoyed very much hosting last years conference, but needed some rest after so much work. So now, after the austral summer vacations, we would like to share with you our review of the organisation and realization of Wikimania 2009. This Post Mortem[1] includes the survey we conducted, a very simple statistical analysis of it, and our conclusions from both the survey and internal review.

Everyone is invited to take a look at our closing work and leave any comments[2] you'd like to share. We hope organizators of future Wikimanias and Wiki-conferences will find all this information useful.

I would like to thank again everyone who made Wikimania 2009 possible, including the participants who made an big effort to assist, the hard working local team, and all those who contributed to make things work.
