I'll add (out of experience of this year) that you need a manager for the hacking days. And I'll suggest that this one either is one of developers, or someone in direct contact with them, so as to create the hacking days they need and want. This is very important.

Now we are having a 5-day vacation here in Taiwan for the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. (You can see "w:en:Mid-Autumn Festival" for reference) I will leave Taipei with my wife tomorrow and I will not bring my notebook with me so I will not be able to reply until Monday. However I believe ROC will take my position to reply or answer questions in these days.
