if you carried on reading you would have seen "Final modification/cancellation date for registration and/or accommodation is 7th July 2008" yup cancellation details. im guessing that the handling fee would be paypal fees/bank fees.

It is not clear as to whether we can cancel our reservations and receive a refund, or how much the "handling charge fee" might be. Can someone clearly and unequivocally answer those questions, point me to the answers, or update the policy page to answer them?
