While we're hoping to eventually put up all videos on Commons, we've decided to temporarily host them at http://prototype.wikimedia.org/wikimania/ . The dia1/ directory contains videos of the first day of the conference (Wednesday), categorized by room. The dia0/ directory contains Richard Stallman's Tuesday speech; his Wednesday keynote hasn't been uploaded yet.

Not yet, due to some techinal issues. But was recorded by Terra, and they will deliver it to us to re-encoded to ogg-theora and uploaded. Hopefully, tomorrow it will be online.
