For visa at least I need 6 month, so it would very great if we can have some sort of help for users who live in such countries, My options are Kabol, Dubai , Baku, Istanbul and ankara, except turkey they all need visa :) Mardetanha

Yerevan, Ashkebad, Kuwait, Baghdad? The choices might be more convenient in northern Iran.
I looked at the State Department list that Osmar gave and it does make a distinction between immigrant and non-immigrant visas. Immigrant visas for Iranians are only processed in two embassies. Application for non-immigrant visas can be at any post. They do point out that one should not expect Farsi speaking officers at any random post. That's reasonable, and should not be as much of a problem for a person who already is fluent in English. Pre-translated documentation is likely a useful idea.
