Hi!
I found that the coverage of Alexandria in OpenStreetMap is very poor:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=31.2004&lon=29.9025&zoom=14&la...
compare to this map: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Map1-alex.jpg
How about mapping Alexandria for OpenStreetMap? Does anyone bring his GPS device?
Greetings Jakob
im sorry buddy, but GPS is currently forbidden in egypt, for national security manners
GPS should work there anyway, but there are restrictions on selling/using these devices now

Bring your GPS with you and use it, it is not sold legally in Egypt but I know many people (including myself) who use it, even the iPhone triangulation is working here in Egypt.
