currently [[Foundation:Home]] features Wikimania at the bottom. It was actually a piece from September news but for conference advertisement, I retarded its removal ;D But an item released on September is a bit shabby and we may have more than just date perhaps now?

I suppose CfP is a good item ... we have updated it and included open discussion already? Or do you have any other good item about conference? Last year Sandy put there "call for sponsorship" too, for example ...
