I am scheduled to arrive at 22:00. So the problem is a little bit difficult - if I arrive earlier than 22:00, such as 21:30 or so (according to flightaware, it could be: http://www.flightaware.com/live/flight/JAL735), I (maybe) am able to catch him or her. But if it's delayed and not able to catch a local guy, I will show a signboard saying "Wikimedians wanted!" at the entrance to share a taxi :-) --T

Hi, I will arrive on Tuesday morning at 6:25, so I guess I will be able to make my way toward the venue around 7:00. It doesn't look complicated to get there, I will simply buy an Octopus card and take just the next train into the city and either change to MTR or a bus line - that can be easily found via Google public transport navigation as there is free Wifi at the airport. A bigger challenge will be my way back - my flight departs on Monday 0:25 - so basically at Sunday night, right after the party. I looked up public transport from Shek O beach to the airport, which doesn't look good - ~2:5 hours trip... Maybe someone has a better suggestion for that journey. I guess we have exactly the same flights - I just checked my arrival time and it is indeed 6:50, not 6:25 as I wrote in my last mail. CX0288 / CX0289 from / to Frankfurt - just in case there is anyone else on the same flight? Yes, sharing a cab would be a great idea, if that is at all possible, because it is quite a long distance. Just arrived. Haven't got my luggage yet. In some wikiconferences there's been some kind of pass allowing participants to use public transport. Of course, that usually only covers the days of the conference, not before/after. Still, it would be nice to know whether that's the case, and what and when such a pass might cover. Well, I guess I won't know before I get to the venue by 10am.
