This comes as a surprise. Our team is scheduled

it's extremely short notice to change back :(
hmm, what about a compromise:
We meet at both times - Saturday 14 UTC AND Sunday 15 UTC?
The teams and jury members should decide for at least one of the times.
I know this is far from optimal but maybe we could keep both meetings
short then so it will work? At least work better than now?
Yes, let's do this:
== FORMAL DECISION ==
We will have the IRC meeting split, at both the Saturday 14:00 UTC and
Sunday 15:00 UTC times, so that as many people as possible (both Jury
and bidding teams) can make it; I'll moderate both sessions and try to
give some continuity.
For Jury members that can't make one (or either) of the times and have
questions they want to ask, please either send them to me or put them
on the talk page of the bids.
Hope this is OK, and sorry for messing around with people's schedules
and the short-notice changes.
Yours,
