I had the same question, because I assumed I would be informed one way or another. I only
found out by coincidence that the programme was published and that my submissions were not
in the programme. Considering David and my cases, you should probably send out a quick
rejection notice just to confirm this to people. I can't believe David and I were the
only ones.
