We've tested for the registration system and fixed some bugs and problems.
Finally, it can work now.
However, Phobe and some friends have talked about the OTRS system they used
for QA last year. So after a short discuss, we do need the e-mail acount "
wikimaina-registration(a)wikimedia.org" for registration QA.
And because it's already deleyed on the schedule. we hope we can open the
registration system as soon as possible. So we do need someone can help us
create or open the authority of this e-mail account. (or other account) And
after we have this account we can open the reigstration system immediately.

Actually, he can email me with his name, email address and username. I'll
respond with a password.
Note, I have just set the email addresses for wikimania-press and
wikimania-registration to automatically fall into those queues.

I doubt that we need full translation of the CfP because if you don't
know English or Chinese then you'll be lost anyway. You'd better
translate short notes to the CfP in as many relevant projects as
possible - there is always someone that knows English to distribute
this information to the other community members. See (and use)

Wikimania is organized by volunteers, so please help us to minimize

submissions must explicitly include the following:
* an English title
* a short English abstract of 50 to 100 words. The abstracts should be
provided as plain text, and not as file attachments. This abstract will
be used as public description of your submission in the conference program
* a detailed description (or full paper) of at least one page (300
words or more). This description will not be published unless you want
it, but used for reviewing your submission. Give an overview of the

Wikimedia projects and whether submission concerns a specific wiki
