I wouldn't. Bagehot's views on the role of a monarch are as valid now as
they were 140 years back.
My point is that a posse of level headed citizens are going to be far more
effective in resolving disputes than a squad of stormtroopers in a
wikicommunity where every editor is theoretically equal. Once you get
admins, let alone some "Anti-Stupidity Squad" with approval right from the
top, throwing their weight around, then you are going to get resentment from
those who feel that they are being unfairly stepped upon. And labelled
stupid.
