If we're
just using the statistics, and not the
original wording, it
should be fine, at least in the US, where courts
have ruled that mere
factual information is not protected by copyright
(even if the original
publisher went to a lot of trouble to collect
it).

But we should still respect the moral rights and name
our sources, still. They're giving us all of this
useful information, so the least we could do is
respect their request to be named as the source.
