Apologies if this issue is already know and has been discussed, and it's possibly a changed made with the tool I used.

In April last year I used this tool

But this is some point in 2013, thus it appears that it should have had appeared when I used the tool last April.

If the above is all correct, I then have a question: why is it valid that are these settlements be sub-classes of neighbourhood?
