Wikimedia Foundation will not screw the project up once it will be handed over to them...

Wikidata will only be a success when everyone is involved and does their best. Let's not try to start off on the wrong foot ;-)

Please keep us updated on what is happening as a lot of people are eager after status updates.

We'll definitely do that. There will be regular updates starting next month from me and other people in the project. If there is ever anything you are missing let me know and I'll see what I can do to fix it.
