Hi,
Hope this finds you all well. I'm wondering if there is a way/tool to identify the articles that exist in the one edition of Wikipedia and have counterparts in another. I'm also wondering if there is a way to generate a list of these articles' titles for certain categories.
Best, Reem

Reading your request literally, Special:MostInterwikis suffices. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MostInterwikis Usually people do the opposite: https://tools.wmflabs.org/not-in-the-other-language/
I'm also wondering if there is a way to generate a list of these articles' titles for certain categories.
Again, usually the objective is the opposite: https://tools.wmflabs.org/missingtopics/
Your objective is unclear, so it's hard to tell whether you just need a titles dump, a SPARQL query or something simpler.
